Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan warga Desa Kumbangsari melalui pelatihan pembuatan minuman tradisional sinom berbasis pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Sinom, yang terbuat dari daun asam muda dan rempah-rempah lokal, memiliki potensi sebagai produk herbal unggulan dengan nilai kesehatan dan ekonomi. Pelatihan ini berhasil membentuk kelompok usaha ibu rumah tangga, menghasilkan produk “Sinom Kumbangsari” yang dikemas secara higienis, serta memicu inisiatif warga untuk mengembangkan varian produk herbal lainnya. Pendekatan ABCD terbukti efektif dalam menggali aset lokal, membangun identitas desa, dan mendorong keberlanjutan usaha berbasis komunitas. Artikel ini juga membahas aspek bioaktif sinom, kelayakan ekonomi, keamanan produk, serta peluang ekspansi melalui branding digital dan sertifikasi mutu
